Senior Financial Analyst. Senior Sales Analyst. Sr. FP&A Analyst. NextStep Recruiting is helping a fantastic organization in the Frisco, TX area find its next Sr. Financial Analyst! This is a very interesting role as our client will rely on this Financial Analyst to not only help handle traditional variance analysis, forecasting, and budget work, but also to help with driving revenue and profitability through strategy, ideas, and core findings from analyzing the data and working with the field sales leaders on implementing. 

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. 
• 2+ years of progressive corporate finance and sales finance experience
• Strong technical skills, including experience working with SQL and BI; strong ability to manipulate data and tell a story from the data
• Experience working with field sales leaders in a multi-site, multi-state setting, such as retail, hospitality, or services. Experience with corporate sales leaders as well as franchise owners would be a plus
