NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization to identify a Sales Manager in Richardson, TX. This role is 100% onsite and will lead a high-performing inside sales team, driving performance, coaching, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

This position is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with a strong background in consumer financial services who enjoys developing top-performing teams, improving processes, and using data to drive results. The ideal candidate has experience leading large, high-volume sales organizations and is passionate about coaching, accountability, and employee development.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of sales experience in a high-volume, phone-based B2C environment with at least 1–2 years of leadership experience
• Experience within debt settlement, debt relief, consumer financial services, lending, collections, or a similar regulated industry
• Proven success coaching and developing large inside sales teams through one-on-one mentoring, call coaching, role-playing, and performance management
• Strong experience tracking and managing KPIs, sales activity, conversion metrics, pipeline performance, and employee retention initiatives
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment while motivating teams to consistently exceed sales goals

Preferred:

• Direct experience leading debt settlement or debt relief sales teams
• Experience with CRM, dialer platforms, and sales performance reporting tools
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to partner with leadership to enhance sales strategies, onboarding, and operational performance
