Senior International Tax Analyst

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a global consumer financial services organization to identify a Senior International Tax Analyst in Fort Worth, TX. This role is on-site and will support the company’s U.S. international tax compliance, global tax reporting, transfer pricing, tax provision, and tax planning activities.

 

This position is ideal for a tax professional who has developed a strong foundation in international tax and is ready to take on broader responsibility within a multinational corporate tax environment. The right candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. international tax compliance, foreign entity reporting, international tax calculations, and tax accounting while working closely with internal teams and external advisors.

 

Required:

  • 3+ years of multinational corporate tax or public accounting experience with a focus on international taxation
  • Experience preparing or reviewing U.S. international tax information returns, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, and/or 8992
  • Experience with international tax calculations including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credit considerations
  • Understanding of U.S. tax basis tracking for foreign subsidiaries and related international tax compliance requirements
  • Strong technical tax research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field

 

Preferred:

  • CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification
  • ASC 740 and income tax provision experience involving domestic and international operations
  • Experience supporting transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and transfer pricing studies
  • Experience with OneSource or similar corporate tax compliance software
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience identifying opportunities to improve tax processes, reporting, and internal controls
  • Experience working with multinational tax teams, foreign tax compliance, audits, or external tax advisors
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Claude or similar technologies
  • Spanish language proficiency
