VP, Finance. Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. NextStep Recruiting is working with an international, publicly traded Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/Food Manufacturing organization with a leadership office in Fort Lauderdale, FL and is looking to hire an experienced Vice President of Finance to focus on their U.S. operations. This role will be hybrid out of Fort Lauderdale, FL so candidates must be able to commute comfortably to Fort Lauderdale. Relocation assistance is available. This is a dynamic role working with senior leadership on growth strategy, budgets, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Some monthly domestic travel with the senior leadership team will be required. Candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in finance or a related field. Advanced Degrees and Certifications are a plus
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience including 10+ years of leadership experience growing and developing finance professionals
• Strong manufacturing industry experience is a must, and CPG/Food Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Great experience analyzing and strategizing ROI around large capital projects and investments 
• Experience with ROI/valuation modeling tools such as Discounted Cash Flow analysis (DCF)
• Strong ERP experience with SAP preferred, strong Power BI experience is a plus. 
• Strong Excel and data modeling and analysis skills
• Fantastic leadership and communication skills. Track record of developing talent
