NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a crisis-response support organization to find experienced Recruiters for a high-volume, call-center–style environment. Ideal candidates are driving professionals with staffing experience who thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable with monitored calls and outreach-heavy recruiting responsibilities.

Required:

• Prior staffing or high-volume recruiting experience (HR-only backgrounds not a fit)
• Strong phone communication and engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, call-center–style environment
• Ability to support CST business hours
• Completion of online training (required before start)

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting crisis workers or in emergency staffing environments
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 8–12 hour days and potential 6–7 day workweeks
