Senior Tax Manager (CPA Required)

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to join their team in Addison, TX. This leadership role is ideal for a CPA with a passion for client service, technical excellence, and team development. The Senior Tax Manager will oversee tax workflow management, client engagement, billing, and staff mentorship to support operational success and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, strong ethical standards, and proven experience managing a team of high-performing professionals. Responsibilities include driving revenue through expanded advisory services, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring efficient, accurate project completion. Leadership, accountability, and personal effectiveness are key competencies in this role.

This position is on-site for the first six months, with the potential for a hybrid schedule thereafter.
