NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an amazing Law Firm that is seeking to hire a Senior Financial Billing Rates Analyst to join their team. This is a remarkable opportunity to join an incredible team on a contract basis.

Requirements for this opportunity include:

• Review and approve all new client matter intake forms and ensure accurate setup in Elite 3E including billing arrangements, rates, discounts, and payment terms.
• Review and maintain rate and discount information on clients and matters within Elite 3E.
• Analyze the firm's rate structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client agreements by proactively tracking and managing client rate expirations and/or deadlines to ensure timely submittal of rate changes. 
• Regularly review timekeeper and rate information on e‐billing sites to ensure accuracy.
• Experience with Elite 3E or Aderant is HIGHLY preferred
• Experience with Intapp is a huge plus!
• A degree in accounting, finance or related field is required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
