Benefits Manager. Payroll Manager. Benefits and Payroll Manager. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large, private, family-owned business with a number of entities that are looking for an experienced Benefits and Payroll Manager to join their team. Candidates should have:

• 5+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience
• Strong experience working with benefits brokers, administering benefits, and answering employee questions
• Strong experience with salary and hourly payroll for 300+ employees
• Experience with employee engagement programs
• Strong Excel skills and good experience with payroll systems
