Finance Manager. Manufacturing Industry Finance Manager. NextStep Recruiting is working with a $50M revenue, growing, private equity-backed manufacturing organization with multiple entities that is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team.

Candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Advanced degree and/or certifications a plus
• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, including strong manufacturing industry experience
• In addition to strong budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting experience, the successful candidate will have strong exposure to standard costing, labor costs, inventory, and related areas
• Experience working with P.E. backed organizations is a plus

Our client is based out of the Farmers Branch/Lewisville, TX, north suburbs area and is more of an onsite, hands-on environment, so a commute to Farmers Branch/Lewisville on a daily basis should be ok. Pay is flexible based on experience, with a target salary range of $130k - $150k plus annual bonus potential.
