• Broad knowledge and experience in recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations
• Knowledge of Canada employment laws is required
• Workday software experience is HIGHLY preferred
• Management experience desired, will have 2-3 direct reports
• BA Degree or equivalent years of experience will suffice
