NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a technology solutions organization to identify a Senior Technical Program/Project Manager in a remote capacity. This role will support enterprise infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives across multiple client environments.

This position is ideal for a senior-level delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and can manage multiple technical initiatives simultaneously. The right candidate is organized, technically credible, and comfortable working directly with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Required:

• 7+ years managing complex infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects/programs
• Strong experience leading VMware-focused initiatives, including migrations, deployments, and upgrades
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in customer-facing environments
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Ability to manage project financials, delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication

Preferred:

• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) upgrade experience
• Background within consulting, professional services, VAR, or MSP environments
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization or datacenter transformation initiatives
• PMP certification or equivalent project leadership background
• Experience mentoring project managers or helping improve delivery processes
