NextStep Recruiting is seeking a Staff Accountant for our client in Plano, TX. The Staff Accountant will support the Controller in all accounting operations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Assist with the end-of-year audit process 
• Prepare daily banking reports for outstanding checks and ACHs 
• Support the month-end closing process



Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 
• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems 
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
