NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a legal services organization to identify a Legal Recruiter in Dallas, TX. This role is onsite initially, with potential flexibility to move to a hybrid schedule, and will support full-cycle recruiting across legal and support functions.

This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who understands the legal space, can navigate complex hiring needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Required:

• 5+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm environment
• Proven experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Ability to assess legal backgrounds, credentials, and cultural fit
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Prior agency recruiting experience
• Experience supporting high-volume or growth-focused hiring initiatives
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong consultative approach with hiring managers and leadership
• Knowledge of legal hiring trends and market conditions
