NextStep Recruiting is seeking a CRM Platform Manager for our client located in Far North Dallas. This is a full-time, onsite role with three direct reports (CRM Platform Specialists). The ideal start date is no later than April 21st to support key upcoming projects, including journey building, data scoping, and data sharing across brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee CRM data management and execution for Email, Direct Mail, and SMS campaigns.
• Collaborate with the data team and other departments (including legal) to manage and share data across business lines.
• Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zeta—extensive experience with Zeta is highly preferred, but experience with platforms like Salesforce, Redpoint, or Hubspot may be considered.
• Write and edit SQL queries for campaign execution—many campaigns rely heavily on SQL.
• Ensure best practices for data management and data implementation across all CRM initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in CRM platforms (Zeta experience preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL for query writing and editing.
• Experience managing and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, Direct Mail, SMS).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with data teams and other business units.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and implementation best practices.
