Customer Service Specialist - Building Supplies. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large, international distribution organization that needs a Customer Service Specialist for their Atlanta, GA location. This position will work in their SAP order management system and help their building contractor clients with placing orders over the phone, by email, over portals, as well as "will call" on location. Candidates should have:

• 2+ years of customer service and sales order entry experience, preferably in a building supplies, manufacturing, or distribution type of organization
• SAP software experience in entering orders, delivery dates, working through returns, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish skills being a plus

This role will pay $23 - $24/hour, depending on experience, and work with a great, supportive team. Start date in late April 2026. This is an on-site role in W. Atlanta near S. Fullton.
