NextStep Recruiting is partnering with our client in Grapevine, TX, to find a Claims Processor to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and adjudicate GAP claims from submission through resolution, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Verify claim eligibility by analyzing contracts, loan/payoff documents, insurance settlements, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and provide claim status updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of claims experience (GAP experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with close attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and customer service experience
