NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading dealership network to find a Corporate Recruiter – Retail Operations to add to their team. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume retail positions across multiple store locations, including Store Clerks, Service Associates, Service Advisors, and Porters. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and consistently delivers high-quality candidates to support retail growth. This is a contract role set for 3-4 months.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting retail or high-volume hiring environments
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining an excellent candidate experience

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for retail, dealership, automotive, or service-based environments
• Familiarity with workforce planning and high-volume hiring strategies
• Experience partnering with multi-location operations teams and retail leadership
