NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading dealership network to find a Corporate Recruiter – Retail Operations to add to their team. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume retail positions across multiple store locations, including Store Clerks, Service Associates, Service Advisors, and Porters. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and consistently delivers high-quality candidates to support retail growth. This is a contract role set for 3-4 months.
