Data Entry/Analyst Specialist. Remote-based! NextStep Recruiting is working with a large manufacturing and distribution organization who is looking to bring on a unique individual who is ok with handling a lot of repetitive data-entry job duties on pricing and quoting information but who will also being able to do some analysis work on where the data is coming from, at what volume, how they are retrieving the data, and help identify ways to streamline or create efficiencies. Candidates should have:

• 2+ years of data-entry and data analysis experience working with sales information and pricing information, preferably in a building supplies or manufacturing or distribution industry type of environment
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and do pivot tables. Good experience working with ERP’s such as SAP or CRM’s such as Salesforce a plus
• Strong communication skills and strong attention-to-detail skills.

This job is remote-based with a preference for the candidate living in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market but that is not required. Target pay range is $28 - $32/hr. but client will consider paying more if need be. The position will start in April 2026. Please apply today to learn more!
