NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a national services organization to identify a Temporary Recruiter. This is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity with an open-ended duration based on business needs.

This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who has directly supported high-volume technician and skilled trades hiring and can quickly take ownership of active recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment.

Required:

• Previous recruiting experience focused on technicians, skilled trades, field service, or similar hourly technical positions
• Proven ability to independently source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Experience managing multiple openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify qualified candidates in competitive labor markets
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting across multiple geographic markets
• Background supporting high-volume or rapidly changing hiring needs
• Experience recruiting for field-based service, construction, restoration, manufacturing, or related environments
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting platforms
• Previous contract recruiting experience with the ability to ramp up quickly
