The ideal candidate(s) will have:

• A Bachelor's degree or HR Certification is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must-have requirement
• 3-5 years of human resources experience, specifically in onboarding, new hire orientation, and training
• Working knowledge of federal and state law regulations as they pertain to associate relations, benefits (including leave administration), compensation, and payroll
• Skilled at MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR Systems
