NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a client to hire a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist. This role will support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment, partnering closely with leadership and employees on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, including employee relations, policy guidance, corrective actions, HR documentation, and compliance-related processes
- Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, new hire orientation, exit interviews, HRIS data entry, and employee record accuracy
- Assist with benefits administration, employee questions, employment verifications, reporting, drug testing coordination, and internal communications
- Partner with supervisors and managers to support employee engagement, workplace concerns, and company initiatives
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or a similar operational environment
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS processes
- Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
