Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join their Fort Worth team, supporting a tax practice that primarily serves clients in the Alternative Investment Management industry. In this hybrid role, you’ll review and prepare complex federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, while also supervising staff, managing workflows, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. You’ll identify and resolve tax issues, conduct technical research, respond to tax authorities, and help train and mentor junior team members.
This position is ideal for tax professionals with at least two years of experience, particularly those with flow-through entity expertise and a strong technical aptitude. A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required, and CPA eligibility or completion is preferred. The team values collaboration, high-quality client service, and professional development.
