Part-time Receptionist. Part-time Administrative Assistant. NextStep Recruiting is searching for a receptionist or administrative assistant who would like a 25-hour per week schedule with a great office in San Antonio, TX. Our client would like someone on-site Monday – Friday, ideally 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., but that can be flexible. Job duties will be to answer phone calls, greet guests and vendors in the front lobby, handle packages/shipping, order lunches, manage the calendar, manage office supplies, manage break room supplies, etc.

This is a contract-to-hire role with a fantastic company. This company pays full benefits to part-time employees over 20 hours per week as well once you convert to their payroll.
