Sr. Financial and Marketing Strategy Analyst. Sr. Analyst, CPG and Category Management. NextStep Recruiting is working with a global CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) organization that is hiring an experienced analyst for one of their categories in the Dallas, TX market. 

Our client is looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and 3+ years of progressive analysis experience in the retail industry, CPG Industry (preferably selling to retail customers), or Food Manufacturing
• Experience with Circana, NielsenIQ, Kantar, or other retail industry data insight software and pulling and analyzing data
• Strong, advanced Excel skills. Power BI or similar tool experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and someone who enjoys meeting with retail customers and presenting data and strategy

This is a fun, dynamic role with a great Dallas team. The manager has been with the organization for 10+ years and is great to work with! The role is 3 days on site and 2 days remote each week, so candidates must be local to the Dallas market. Base salary target of $80k - $95k plus 10% bonus potential, DOE. Please apply today if interested; our client is urgent to hire. Thank you!
