NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in roofing and exterior repair solutions in Duluth, GA! Our client is seeking a Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. The Licensing & Compliance Coordinator will support the VP of Compliance and be responsible for overseeing and supporting the renewal and maintenance of all corporate, contractor, and local licensing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide licensing support for the corporate office and its subsidiaries, ensuring that all licenses are obtained
- Apply for new licenses as needed on a state and local level
- Ensure timely submission and renewal of licenses
- Maintain accurate records in the Certificate of Insurance (COI) platform and ensure documentation is provided
- Provide administrative support when needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous experience in license management, regulatory compliance, or a related field
- Knowledge of contractor licensing and permitting processes
- Knowledge of Certificate of Insurance processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a can-do attitude
