• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or a similar field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including some strong manufacturing industry accounting experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills. This role will manage a cost accountant and will communicate with all levels of the plant production and with the corporate headquarters
