This crucial role focuses on managing and delivering complex tax projects while leading a high-caliber team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic tax guidance to clients, review intricate tax returns, and collaborate with firm leadership to drive innovative growth strategies.

Required:

• CPA certification
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting with a solid background in taxation
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
• Technical ability with accounting software, financial systems, and data analysis tools
• Demonstrable experience with risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance testing
• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred:

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience mentoring and developing accounting teams
• Familiarity with strategic growth initiatives in the accounting field
