NextStep Recruiting is partnering on a search for a Real Estate Attorney to join a high-performing legal team supporting complex commercial transactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience handling sophisticated leasing and real estate deals, particularly within the data center space.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and service-related contracts
• Support large-scale data center transactions, including work with major end users and operators
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction documentation, including ancillary agreements such as SNDAs
• Interface directly with clients while managing multiple active deals in a fast-moving environment

What They’re Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Exposure to data center deals is strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex transactions with urgency and minimal oversight
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
