NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a technology services organization to identify a Finance Manager in the Southlake, TX area. This role is onsite and will support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for a fast-growing business unit.

This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who can build models, analyze business drivers, and partner closely with leaders across operations, claims, product, and commercial teams. The right candidate is comfortable in a visible role and can turn financial data into clear business recommendations.

Required:

• 6–8 years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or related experience
• Strong Excel financial modeling experience, including forecasting, ROI, and operational models
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis
• Ability to analyze P&L performance, cost drivers, margins, and operating metrics
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to work across multiple departments

Preferred:

• Experience with NetSuite
• CPA or MBA
• Experience building or scaling 3-statement financial models
• Prior experience mentoring, supervising, or managing employees
• Background supporting insurance, claims, logistics, repairs, or device protection-related businesses
