This role focuses heavily on renewable energy and energy transition projects, offering exposure to sophisticated, large-scale deals.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate core financing agreements for project-based transactions
• Support renewable energy and infrastructure deals across development and financing stages
• Review and analyze project documentation to ensure alignment with financing structures
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders on complex transactions

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project finance within a law firm environment
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating financing documentation
• Experience supporting energy or infrastructure-related projects
• Strong academic credentials
