NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a fast-growing security integration company to find a Branch Operations Coordinator (Temporary). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage daily office operations independently. This individual will help maintain a smooth, efficient office environment by overseeing incoming shipments, supporting warehouse organization, and providing administrative support to the team.


Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior administrative or office support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs


Preferred:

  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience
  • Experience supporting office or branch operations
