NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with an exceptional client located in North Dallas. They are seeking to hire a Corporate Office / HR Administrator. This is an amazing opportunity to join a remarkable and highly reputable team responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, office management, and human resources support to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized corporate environment.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • A min of 3+ years of office administration and HR administration in a corporate setting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers.
  • Answer and route incoming calls; manage reception and visitor flow.
  • Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and training spaces.
  • Process, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Finance on vendor inquiries
  • Support HR operations, including onboarding logistics and offboarding coordination.
  • Assist with preparing workspaces and materials for new hires.
  • Maintain HR personnel files and administrative documentation


Required Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
