The ideal candidate will have:

• Active CPA is required
• Strong leadership abilities for 8+ direct reports
• 8+ years of successful and progressive growth within accounting & finance
• Skilled in GAAP, SOX/internal controls, compliance, revenue forecasting and financial reporting
• Ability to oversee all accounting, finance/FP&A tasks, cash management and treasury
• Technical ability and business acumen to discuss accounting/finance conversations and make technical recommendations 
• Large ERP software, and advanced Excel is required
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
