NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with a unique company located in Grapevine, as they are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This individual will act as a primary point of contact with customers, assisting in several fun tasks around order entry through final delivery.

Essential duties will be, but are not limited to:

• Process order entry and purchase orders accurately through an order management system
• Keen eye for detail through order verification, including pricing, quantities, shipping details, and special requirements
• Track orders through the lifecycle from submission to delivery confirmation
• Collaborate with shipping carriers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist the sales team by calculating and reconciling sales commissions
• Superior customer service skills are required for this role, as you will have heavy interaction with their clients/customers
• High-Intermediate Excel is required - formatting, formulas, and VLOOKUPs
