NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in HVAC and plumbing to find an HR Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices while driving HR process improvements and HRIS implementation to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- 3+ years of human resource management experience with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HRIS systems, and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
