Senior HR Generalist. Human Resources Manager. HR Business Partner, Manufacturing. NextStep Recruiting is working with an international food manufacturing organization that has a small food manufacturing plant in the Tolleson, AZ area, where they need an experienced Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager. 

Candidates should have:

• A BBA in HR Management or a similar field
• 3+ years of progressive human resources experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong experience as a generalist handling all HR functions for a manufacturing plant, including employee engagement, employee relations, HR compliance, training, recruiting, etc.

Our client is hiring on a contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire basis. This is an on-site role. Strong pay is dependent on experience at $38/hr. to $50/hr.
