NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization to identify a Senior Litigation Paralegal in Plano, TX. This is a contract-to-hire role and is fully onsite, supporting consumer litigation, legal compliance, and nationwide case management. This position is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a high-volume caseload independently, and is skilled at navigating sensitive investigations with a thoughtful, professional approach.

Required:

• 5+ years of litigation experience with a strong focus on consumer-related matters
• Experience managing high-volume case dockets including complaints, subpoenas, and legal demands
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with TCPA and related regulatory frameworks
• Strong legal research, analytical, and case investigation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting strict deadlines

Preferred:

• Background supporting field operations or working closely with cross-functional teams
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services environments
• Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior legal staff
• Paralegal certification or related legal education
• Experience working in smaller, collaborative legal teams
