• 7-10 years of years of progressive accounting experience within public accounting/corporate real estate industry
• CPA Certification is required
• Ability to take ownership of all auditing aspects of financial management, financial controls, reporting, and cash management
• Technical compliance with US GAAP & SOX requirements
• Knowledge in impairment, debt transactions, REIT/VIE structures, asset recapitalizations and real estate sale transactions
• Previous Real Estate is required
