NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing industrial organization to identify a Recruiter in the Toledo, Ohio / Southeast Michigan area. This onsite role will support full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition operations, and hiring initiatives across multiple locations.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with candidates, and is excited to help improve recruiting processes while growing into a larger role.

Required:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume, hourly, or blue-collar hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions, source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews through the hiring process.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing platforms to build candidate pipelines.
• Willingness to attend job fairs, participate in recruiting events, and travel between locations as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, follow-through, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, logistics, construction, or similar environments.
• Experience supporting ATS implementations, system improvements, or recruiting process optimization.
• Experience developing job postings, managing recruiting platforms, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations or supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Interest in professional development and future opportunities to grow into recruiting leadership.
