Project Coordinator. Corporate Real Estate Project Coordinator. NextStep Recruiting is working with a fantastic employer in Fort Worth, TX, who is seeking to add an experienced Project Coordinator to their corporate real estate services team via contract-to-hire. Candidates should have:


  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in a corporate real estate services group or similar experience, such as facility services
  • Experience with floor plan design, construction administration, vendor management, IT liaison, office set-up, and moves, etc.
  • Good computer skills with MS Office Suite. Bluebeam software is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to travel out-of-state for day trips once per month and weeklong trips quarterly
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus, not required.
