Our client is seeking a CPA with 5+ years of experience in public accounting to step into a client-facing Tax Manager role. This position is ideal for a strong Senior ready to make the leap into management or someone early in their managerial career. The ideal candidate has experience working with high-net-worth individuals and flow-through entities such as partnerships and S-Corps, along with a solid foundation in tax planning and strategy.

Strong communication skills are a must, as this role involves translating complex tax issues into plain language for a varied and sophisticated client base. You’ll oversee a small but growing team and manage all aspects of tax return preparation, including planning, projections, and client representation before the IRS.

This is a full-time, in-office role offering up to $140K in base compensation, with flexibility for the right candidate. While there’s no formal bonus structure, our client provides above-market raises each year and invests heavily in staff development and leading-edge technology to support long-term growth.
