This role is perfect for a Senior Accountant who is ready to take the leap of faith into a leadership position, while supporting a team and driving the day-to-day financial activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience and GAAP knowledge
• Strong understanding of payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functions
• Ability to support and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Assist the Controller with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Manufacturing industry experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment
• Working knowledge of Epicor and Paylocity experience is a big plus
