Tax Manager – Alternative Investment Firm

Dallas, TX | Full-time | Hybrid

A leading alternative investment firm managing over $7 billion in assets is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Dallas headquarters. The firm is known for its collaborative, transparent culture and low turnover, offering a highly visible position with direct exposure to senior leadership.

This role supports all aspects of the firm’s tax function, including compliance, consulting, and process improvement for its funds, management companies, and partners. The position offers a blend of technical tax work, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a sophisticated investment environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, including prior Big 4 public accounting, a strong technical foundation in partnership and fund taxation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A CPA and a solid academic record (GPA 3.5+) are strongly preferred.
