NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading professional services firm to find an Executive Assistant in Dallas on a contract-to-hire basis. An ideal candidate will act as a key support to the C-Level executive team, providing strategic management and administrative oversight to ensure seamless operations and alignment across the organization.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role or management
• Managing travel, meetings, and other lunches, and dinners for busy executives
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and strategic initiatives
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite

Preferred:

• MBA or other advanced degrees
• Experience working closely with C-level executives
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate complex issues
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
