Tax Partner – Salt Lake City, San Diego, or Phoenix

We seek an experienced Tax Partner to join our team in Salt Lake City, San Diego, or Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-net-worth taxation, general partnerships, private equity, or real estate and should currently be with a Big 4 or large national firm.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong client management skills, and the ability to contribute to the firm’s growth. The ideal candidate is a newer partner looking to establish a long-term presence in the firm and contribute over the next 10-15 years.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, private equity, and real estate clients.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic tax advice to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop tax professionals within the firm.
• Contribute to business development efforts and help grow the firm’s tax practice in the region.

Qualifications:

• Current Tax Partner or Director-level professional ready for partnership.
• Experience in high-net-worth taxation, partnerships, private equity, and/or real estate.
• Background with a Big 4 or large national firm.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Long-term career commitment with the desire to grow within the firm.
