Human Resources Coordinator. Human Resources Data-Entry. HR Clerk. NextStep Recruiting is requiring a long-term contractor (assignment will last 9-12 months or longer) with HR experience for a client in the Irving, TX market who is implementing a new HRIS system. The role will be on-site for training for a couple of weeks and then will transition to a hybrid model, so candidates must be able to work successfully in both their Irving office and at home. This role requires a significant amount of data entry, processing HR change requests from change management software, and verifying the accuracy of others' work, so candidates must be comfortable with repetitive tasks. Great pay! Candidates should have:

• 1+ years of corporate HR experience, training, or education
• An understanding of HR communication and HR workflow
• Strong data-entry skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Experience with an HRIS system such as Workday, iCIMS, UltiPro/UKG, JDE, etc. a plus
