NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing telecommunications and infrastructure services company in Doral, FL, seeking a Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting operations, accounting, and leadership with in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights that directly impact business decisions.


This position is 100% onsite in Doral and offers a stable, team-oriented environment with strong leadership and exciting growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data across multiple business segments, including revenue by customer, service type, and project category
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, dashboards, and performance reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Support monthly P&L reviews, cost allocations, overhead tracking, and direct expense analysis
  • Assist with inventory and cost accounting initiatives to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Prepare and automate financial reports to improve operational efficiency and visibility for executives and field teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and project management to provide financial insights and variance analysis
  • Contribute to the company’s ERP transition (QuickBooks Enterprise to Microsoft Dynamics) and related reporting enhancements

 

Must Haves:

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, macros); SQL is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting
  • Proven background in financial and operational analysis – revenue trends, cost accounting, allocations, and profitability reporting
  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop or Microsoft Dynamics (experience with either is acceptable; QuickBooks preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization – from field employees to executives

 

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of progressive analytical experience in finance, accounting, or operations
  • High sense of ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
