NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across warehouse and light industrial teams. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who thrives in high activity environments and can manage multiple openings while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles across warehouse and production environments
• Source, screen, and interview bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates daily
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach to build talent pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive staffing targets and reduce time-to-fill

What You Bring

• Experience recruiting for high-volume, light industrial or warehouse roles
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with a focus on candidate experience and hiring manager partnership
• Experience with ATS systems and high-volume sourcing tools - ATS preferred
