NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leading Financial Services client in downtown Dallas to find a Senior Manager, PMO Quality & Innovation. This strategic leadership role sits within the Enterprise PMO and drives enterprise-wide quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include enhancing project delivery through business architecture, maturing business analysis capabilities, optimizing QA/testing frameworks, and integrating governance across project tools and systems. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in strategic program delivery, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement across matrixed environments. Strong leadership and the ability to instill a culture of quality and agility are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of enterprise-wide quality frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Elevate QA and test automation capabilities across both functional and technical teams
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align project prioritization with business strategy
• Support multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD, Hybrid)
• Drive adoption of best practices through Communities of Practice and Business Architecture consulting
• Oversee reporting and dashboard enhancements to improve portfolio governance
• Expand PMO service offerings to include Agile/Lean coaching and business agility models

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
• 12+ years in systems/software development, QA, or process improvement
• 10+ years of leadership across PMO, QA, or Business Process roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive enterprise change
• Certifications in Agile, Lean, or Project Management are a plus
