NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a client in North Dallas to find an Accounting Operations Manager to join the team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers, vendor statements, and sub-ledgers to the general ledger
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including duplicate payments, missing invoices, and unapplied transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to research and clear outstanding items on time
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing reconciliation reports and documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Experience with heavy volume invoicing and 3-way match
- Intermediate MS Excel skills required
- Ability to communicate with vendors and internal teams
